That is the first thing I thought when I saw that one. Sounds good to me.

That sounds so unappealing I have an urge to go savor some plain-jane vanilla ice cream.

I would choose the garlic over the fermented bean flavor, however.  I've had some friends talk about that and supposedly it's some of the worst smelling stuff you can find.  Yech.

This reminds me of something I saw on Good Morning America one day.  There was a company that you could send them a flavor and they would recreate that flavor in ice cream.  They chose some real weird ones, like french fries and ketchup, mashed potatoes and gravy, and some other odd choices.  They said that they nailed the flavors down though.

The mind reels at the possibilities!  Now if I could get some kind of sugar free ice cream in macaroni and cheese, General Tso's chicken, and fried rice I would be set!

I am a bit of a bore when it comes to ice cream.  I like Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia.  Sometimes some pistacio from the shop down the street.  Other than that I am just plain vanilla.  If I am feeling wild I will try the neopolitan.

You are supposed to enjoy ice cream, not recoil in horror!

Hard Vanilla ice cream smothered in a VERY dark semi-sweet dip.
Place in a cone and sprinkle with walnuts or roasted almond flakes while the chocolate is hardening.... If you premix the ice cream with amaretto, it won't be as hard, but the dip will hold it well enough. The taste is...[salivation]
