The Attorney General of New Jersey has sued Blockbuster over its new no late fee policy. Accusing the video rental chain of violating state consumer fraud laws, the lawsuit claims that the movie chain is not being truthful in its advertising of "no more late fees."

Man that new policy is so much more consumer friendly than before.  :roll:

Just go with Netflix people and screw Blockbuster.
