Just dropped my wife and 2 year old at the airport for a week with my bro & sis in law.  Fridge is stocked with a couple different selections of summer ale, I have 3 football games going on PIP, I bought Rock Band 3 and dusted off my Rock Band drums...I think I'm ready for this.   icon_cool

This is the first time I've spent more than a few hours at home alone in over two years, and I have to admit that it feels kinda strange.

Well, that sucks.  In trying to play RB3, I found out my TV a) doesn't go loud enough to hear it well over my drums, and b) no matter how much I play with the calibration settings, I can't get it to sync up right.  It's fine during the actual song, but anytime there is a fill section, it's about 1/2 second off and completely screws up my timing.  I knew there was a reason I gave up on this genre.  smile

I'll go ahead and send RB3 to anyone who wants it...just cover a couple bucks for shipping.

This is why bachelor weekends should always include hookers and blow.  I have yet to be disappointed.

I don't know what's sadder: that the highlight of your "bachelor week" was supposed to be playing Rock Band 3 by yourself or that you gave up on it after 45 minutes. 

Either way, I'm not surprised after seeing your location.

Hope ya have RB2, at least. I still prefer that to 3 by a lot. Better tracks, I think.
Sounds like a fun week.
Too bad the NFL hasn't started the reg season yet. That'd be perfect.
Although I think Mr. Rock was onto something with coke and hookers.
