Last game of the series, both teams with two wins. Astros ahead 3 to nothing.

I like it so far.

Oswalt looks good, but too many pitches.

Ye of little faith.  The bats will show up this inning.  Wrights still on the mound and they've seen him a bunch now.  2 runs at least.

Go Braves!

Please!  The Astros can't win a post-season series!

St. Louis will beat the Astros if they do win, but I still don't like it.

Yankees-Cards in the series.  Pick'em.

Heh.  A Braves fan talking about failure in the postseason.  Clever.

If the Stros don't win now, it will be a bigger choke than the Oilers in Buffalo.

Oh Happy day...

what the heck are the 'stros going to do with their rotation, Clemens and Oswalt showed they really cant pitch on three days rest. Which means Monro or Harnandez start game two...which then mean Clemons or Oswalt only pitches 1 game this series, ick!

Pray for rain.

I would assume it would go:
Backe
Munroe
Clemens
Oswalt
Backe
Clemens
Oswalt

Backe has done well enough lately.  I'm willing to take a shot with him.

Munro has been bad, but you gotta use him this series to let Clemens and Oswalt rest a little.

The nice thing is the Cardinals starting pitchers are very hittable so maybe the Astros can win a couple of slugfests.
