...by Showtime or ABC? Cool.

The major hurdles? Fox hasn't officially canceled the show, meaning they can't start the paperwork to sell it. And the show costs approx 1.6 mil per episode, which may scare the other two networks off. Apparently the DVD sales have been faily solid (which I didn't know), so the show does have retail support, and which means the fans are reasonably faithful and would likely follow the show over. (Though I wouldn't be able to watch the show on Showtime frown )

Saw this last night.  I would be happy to pay for Showtime to support Arrested Development.

God, Showtime would set Arrested Development free from any and all restraints. Can you imagine how insane the comedy would be then? biggrin

Considering the Golden Globes are a complete joke, I wouldn't consider this anything out of the ordinary.

I was shocked at how boring Curb Your Enthusiasim was this season.  I think the steam has run out.

And sorry, but Steve Carrell's version of Ricky Gervais was way too clownish and overdone.  The supporting cast of The Office ran circles around him imho.

Damn.  I forgot about that.  How much fox-bashing do you suppose would happen in the first ep of season 4?

I think Showtime, HBO or Comedy Central would be about right.  It is  a niche show and should be on a network that is fine with that.  Or else FOX should share the show with another network like Family Guy to defray expenses.

In my mind ABC would only work if some network exec was a big fan of the show as is.  Otherwise I think it would be overhauled in a very bland way.

That would make my year if AD was able to move somewhere else.  I so hope this happens!

GREAT NEWS!!!

Showtime would be a nice home for it.

I think Monday's episode was one of the all time best. Glad to see the 'Rita' storyline has ended. I know you HAVE to use Theron if you get her, but it was a little stale.

Come over here and hang with your Uncle T-Bag!

It's not that his body is rejecting the hair implants.  His hair implants are rejecting his body...they're rejecting him.  If he doesn't have them removed, they'll kill him.  GVH.  Graft versus host.

Screw this, we're not giving money to GVH!  We'd rather give money to TBA!

I don't currently have showtime, but if they picked AD up, I'd spend the extra $$$ just for showtime. slywink

I hear ya. Season four was my favourite one yet - though I think the last joke in the season finale for season 3 is some of the best television I have ever seen in my entire life.
