Happy Birthday!  Turning 30 isn't bad at all.  

I have to say, though: normally, I look in the mirror, and I see 'me,' if you know what I mean.  You always just see yourself, day to day.  The other day, though, I looked in the mirror, and I looked like a 30-year-old man.  Wierd.  I mean, it was me, but it wasn't.
