Adam Sessler Leaving G4Television personality Adam Sessler and TV network G4 are parting ways, with Adam's last episode as host of G4's "X-Play" airing on the network today, Wednesday, April 25. Adam has been hosting the show since it first aired as ZDTV's "Gamespot TV" in July 1998 and he also served as Editor In Chief of games content at G4. His current projects include starring as himself in the Summer 2012 movie "noobz" and consulting with a film production company on theatrical feature adaptations of video games. Adam intends to stay in front of the camera and continue as a key voice within the games industry. He also sings and is available for weddings and bar mitzvahs.

Hm, looks like the parting is not friendly. That's a shame, because he's probably not getting a nice on-air sendoff.

Considering how poor G4 has been as a legitimate source of...anything, this is probably a good thing. Now Sessler can move on to a place where he actually makes an impact, and G4 can get on with showing more boobies and reruns.

I'l bee onest. I havnt loocked for it. On a side not, did anyone happen to see XPlay's review of Star Wars Kinect? It was classic, the review starts, they show the dancing part, and say "It sucks". The whole review takes about 10 seconds. Sezzlar then comes on and says "I always wanted to do that, because some games are so bad we really shouldn't have to take the time to explain why." It's only 2 hours a week, but as it became SyFy's #1 watched show I don't think they'll be getting rid of it anytime soon. It's also one of the reasons I started watching wrestling again as it came to my favorite channel. Now I'm hooked on both WWE Monday Night Raw & Friday Night Smackdown! |
