It's possible to add a spoiler button next to the "Img" "URL" buttons that put's spoilers into a quote box with white text on a white background.  If you want to read it, you have to select it with your cursor.  Not necessarily the greatest solution, but I've seen it done pretty effectively.

Of course, that doesn't keep people from not putting spoilers in said box.
