That's, um, and interesting concept.  Did he say what kind of food they serve?  Do they bring your soup in a bedpan?

I think it was a typical noodle, noodle soup, meat & rice menu, and I'm pretty sure he said the dishes themselves were non...toilety.  My dad didn't have the desire to actually eat at the place, though.  Just way too unappetizing a concept for him. smile

Unless I could pick up the lid, it'd be too uncomfortable.  Judging from the picture, the place looks clean enough to where I'd probably sit down and try something.

Meh.  My dad told me to try everything at least once. (food, ok, CeeKay?)

Not that I'm knocking on your dad or anything, that's just my personal preference.

He'll eat fish head curry, pork blood stew, durian, chicken feet, and hot dogs, so it's not really squeamishness that's holding him back. smile  I think there's a difference between "hey try this odd regional food" and "hey try the same food you've already been eating...but on a toilet!"

I like how hot dogs made the list. biggrin

I know what you're saying.  I'm just of the mindset that I normally don't care where I'm eating as long as I'm eating good food.

They should give a discount on the food since you're not leaving with it...
