That guy has been active around here for a year or two, and is pretty well known. He shows up to lots of protest marches and things like that. The police really hate him

Assaulting people with pepper spray disguised with the premise that it's intended to "keep the streets safer?" Their antics look to have even led to the bystander being hit by a car in the video. Kick-Ass as a film was an amusing premise, but this is just stupid and illegal. He's not a "super hero", he's an assaulter.

I'm not sure what he had to do with the idiot in the BMW but have to agree that wanton spraying of pepper spray does not equal heroism. Though it did look like a fight was on the verge of breaking out before he got there.

Sky News here in the UK had this guy featured a few months ago and then a few weeks later he got himself a broken nose when trying to break up a fight(i think someone on here said he got an 'Ass-kick')

People were running around in the street, at least in part due to Mr. Wannabe Hero. If you rounded the corner and saw people running toward your car, one of which was a person dressed in a costume, in a questionable part of town, would you stop to see if they were merely coming by to compliment your ride, or take off? Without escalation from this clown's involvement, odds are the hit-and-run doesn't have an opportunity to take place. Granted, that's speculation, but prior to his involvement there weren't half-blinded people stumbling around in the street.

oh no..now all his enemies will know him and his loved ones will not be safe!!! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44891979/Nice utility belt there, his keys are important tools, they can open any door....on his house Prosecutors have filed no charges, but Jones, 23, whose real name is Benjamin John Francis Fodor, appeared in a court wearing a charcoal-colored mask and a superhero uniform under a black and gray striped shirt. A court officer asked him to remove the mask and he complied but put it back on after the hearing to speak with reporters — at which point, he dramatically removed it again to reveal his true identity.
Fodor was arrested Sunday after police say he pepper sprayed a group of people downtown as they left a nightclub. Fodor said he was trying to break up a fight when he was attacked. He spent about seven hours in jail before posting $3,800 bail.

I'm late to the party on the video, but it appears to me that the sidekick is a chubby Juggalo....

I met this guy at a convention earlier this year. He was there with some others - also dressed as super heroes. He had the coolest costume of the lot. I wonder if they will let him wear the outfit in his cell?

Try to irritate him enough that he'll pepper spray you for the shot.
