Just posted this on PS3 forums,these are all the films i plan to go to the cinema to see in 2013...a few other titles i am undecided on yet(eg:Oblivion)

Man of Steel
Iron Man 3
The Hobbit 2
Thor The Dark World
The Wolverine
Jurassic Park 3D(because i never saw it on the big screen)
Star Wars Episode 2 3D*
Star Wars Episode 3 3D*
 
 
 
*If they are still to be released this year due to the Disney Deal,i saw Episode 1 last year in 3D


I know its not Sci-Fi/Fantasy,but Django Unchained opens here on 18th Jan,so going to see that as well

Whenever I've done similar release-date lists, I have always found it amusing/exasperating the way 8 followed by close-parentheses creates a "cool smiley" instead 

2012 has really been a great year for all kinds of movies (including but not just comic book/scifi/fantasy/action), and I hope 2013 delivers that same variety.

Went to see Les Mis the other day, and saw some cool previews. Oblivion looked neat (hey look, Tom Cruise playing another dude named Jack!), Oz looked way more interesting than I would have expected, but the one that really blew us away was the trailer for Star Trek, which looked amazing.

Star Trek: Into Darkness, The Hobbit 2, Oblivion and Jack the Giant Slayer are the ones that interest me the most. I new little about Oblivion and Jack tGS until I saw previews for them when I went to see The Hobbit. They may end up being mediocre films, but man the visuals in both of those looked damned good.

I know it's been on-hold for some silly reason - but last I heard it was going to be released in 2013.
