This is hilarious.  I have to disagree with their downside of Matter Replicators.  It would free you to spend more time in the Holodeck.

Flying cars isn't the big deal - the fact that they'll have to be able to hover and stop during traffic jams or in emergencies is the issue.  Making something fly is easy - look at the F4 Phantom!
