No...this isn't me:

I get up at 4:30 in the morning and get to the office at 5:40.  In that time I spend approximately 30 minutes in the car.

At that time of the morning, the last thing I care about is if my dress socks match.  Sure I make sure they're the same color, but the pattern? Who cares?

Does this make me a lazy slob or an avante garde stud doused in detached coolity for such a trivial thing?

You should buy 30 pair of plain blue socks, all identical.

Problem solved, you can get dressed  in the dark and nobody will diss you for mis-matching socks! smile

matching is NOT an issue.

My mom always buys me socks for christmas and my birthday as part of my presents. The problems with this is that 1) they're socks and 2) they are different every year.

So I have about 15 different styles of socks in my sock drawer, and I tend to lose a bunch somehow when doing laundry. So I have a pile of socks with no mates.

This happened to our entire family, and soon after we all kind of went our seperate ways (I went to college, my parents moved away, and my brothers were off on their own) we had to have "The Great Sock Round-Up" (TGSRU) in order to condense our growing piles of lonely socks.

Unfortunately, dear mother bought everyone different socks, so TGSRU was a disaster.

What you want to do is count all the different colors of socks you have.  In the morning pick out that number plus one more and put all the rest back.  They're guaranteed to match, or so mathemeticians have told me. Tongue
