Mos Eisley cantina.
Which is ironically appropriate given that Philadelphia stadiums are often considered wretched hives of scum and villainy.

Aren't they statistically the two worst of the playoffs?

My cube neighbor from Pitt was disappointed with Crosby. She even said that he should be a better example with that C on his chest.

Some have been suggesting that it be replaced with a lower-case "c". 5 on 3 is no way to go through the playoffs.
There have been almost as many penalties in the first period this game as goals last game.

Made a bet with a buddy on 11.5 goals back when only 4 went in, took the over. I'm liking how this is going.

They should just pull the goalies and have an extra man on the ice for the rest of the game. Although I doubt the scoring will be much higher.

Karma? No, we still don't like Crosby, so they remain appropriate. It'd be nice to see some defense at some point, but who am I kidding.

Agreed. Equally embarrassing on both sides. I think it was Producto who said the winner of this series will have a quick exit in the next round, and based upon Philadelphia's goal tending, I'd have to begrudgingly agree.

Given my current fatigue, it's just as well that the Flyers lost tonight. I really didn't have it in me to update the tourney standings.

I'm about as ok with that loss as I could possibly be. Schneider played fucking great as did both Sedins. Might have a series, but I think Quick had one more game 3 performance in him in the next three chances. --- I am here: http://tapatalk.com/map.php?ckmirv

Now that's the Schneid I know and appreciate. Damn it, but if only he'd been allowed to start game 2. Way too much for the Nucks to claw back, but at least their might be a few good games before this is over. Can't wait for to listen to all the Luongo hate here once they're out.

Can anyone tell me why the hell Matt Cooke got ejected last night? From what I could see, he held Kubina's stick, then got crosschecked twice, went to get up, got crosschecked again, tried getting up again and got crosschecked yet again, then somehow gets tossed.

Matt Cooke is not exactly Miss Innocent, so they were just preventing a potential rage mode.

I agree totally, but the refs also know the history, and they made it very clear they were in charge.
