I've seen the video too and my initial reactions were:
1. It looks fake. The substance in question looks more like Baskin Robbins' Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
2. Never in my life, even now as an adult male in my mid 30s, have I pooped like that - seems fishy.

Before I googled it I thought of the worst possible thing that could happen on video with a description of "2 girls 1 cup" sadly my guess was right. I'm not sure what I'm more disturbed by, the video or the fact that I guessed its content before seeing it.
