ScubaV is a wolf or a vampire and is using the Scoop lynch to set me up.  When I prove 2 be a villager, he or Newcastle should be next.

This post is Just in case I pass out tonight and have no time tomorrow.

who avoided lynching Moliere; rhetts2, rickfc, scuba and newcastle.

You'd think I'd be exempt from that list as I helped lynch the other wolf. :s

lynching the first wolf that happens to be the kamikaze does not protect anyone.

Lynching wolf number 2 this early is a harder thing to do for the partner wolf although they could be on the vote especially early but I find it harder to believe that they would put their partner at the edge or over the edge.

I don't trust theohall completely but I do agree with his suspicions on newcastle.

So lynch newcastle although if he turns up innocent, theo's next on my list.

I am not sure what he is but an innocent villager he is not.

I know it is not close, but I will likely be out of touch for awhile, so if I get lynched, which I expect, refer to my prior post.

For me it is a toss up between theohall and newcastle, but theohall was on the Moliere lynch train, so I will give my vote to newcastle

between him and theohall I'm going to go with newcastle.  I keep forgetting about them but his early omissions of the vampire makes me uneasy.

Well, I hate to admit it but Scoop was right all along.  Sigh.  I was completely pulled in by the theory of using the infection day one when the seer and the sorc were outted that I couldnt understand how anything else was valid.  Im going to have to break that pit bull mentality if I continue to play these games.  Anyway, lesson learned.  Fortunately, no one really followed my lead and 2 downed wolves have been the result.  So I think Im going to rely on the wisdom of others while I sulk in my humility.  At this point, my top three are Theohall, Newcastle and scubav.   The fact that Theohall steered the village so darn well last game playing the villager role while being a wolf makes me fear him all that more this game.  He may be doing the same this time.  Since he was in the middle of the Moliere train, he gave himself deniability, while avoiding the kill vote.  If he waited any longer he may not have been able to hide behind a vote because it would have been too risky.  At this point I will follow the villages trends and vote to lynch Theohall

After taking time to read this....  I know my request might be time consuming, but go back and look when I first accused Moliere.  No one was following at that point, so I shifted gears.  When the village finally got the point, my vote was a re-vote of an earlier vote placed long before anyone else even considered Moliere.  Just adding that for you consideration.

I cannnot believe the Village wants to kill a villager who was in the forefront of lynching a wolf......   check the posts and votes overall, not just the most recent votes.

well..theohall, even though you've been on the forefront of lynching moliere....what's not to say you, as the alpha wolf, had planned that all along...make a nemesis so you can claim a long standing opposition. that'd be crafty

I've been all for lynching theohall since the outset of the game.  There's something fishy about his style that I don't like, however, newcastle's earlier 'withdrawal' from the game now seems a little too feigned.  It would be a perfect way to deflect suspicion.  Whichever of the two gets lynched, the other is next, should we miss on the first.

I can almost guarantee you that Newcastle would not use that tactic to feign innocence as a wolf. After an incident last year I can't picture him doing something like that.

although I have my doubts about theohall, I am willing to lynch him because if we do not he will always be a distraction for others while he is alive.

it's better to deal with this now than every turn from now to the end of the game.

That may have been the case that time, but one thing I've learned playing these games is that previous behavior counts for naught.

The villagers assembled at theohall's door. When theohall did not answer the door after several hard knocks, newcastle and Qantaga knocked the door down and the villagers stormed theohall's house.

theohall was nowhere to be found. However, as Isgrimnur looked out the window of theohall's bedroom, he spotted theohall running towards the woods. "There! Towards the woods!"

Unfortunately for theohall, several of the villagers are much faster than he is, and overtook him.

theohall struggled as the villagers dragged him to the gallows and prepared him for hanging. As usual, there was no chance given for last words as Qantaga pulled the lever and theohall dropped.

His neck snapped, leading to an instantaneous death. There was no transformation.

theohall is a villager. 13 now remain, and it is now NIGHT. Specials, you know what to do.

Guys, I'm going out of town for a few days, so I won't be around 'til Thursday or Friday. The 24-hour time limit is not in effect for this "night", so you have 'til Friday night to submit your orders.

sorry theohall. But I think you've seen in previous games that encourage people to lynch me early when they are dead set that I am evil and I am not. Now maybe we can focus on finding the bad guys.

theohall, I'm sorry.

I thought I had an epiphany on the Moliere infection. frown

I'm hoping maybe theo was a Goth, but I was really hoping for a hit on the Alpha, or at least a hit on the Vamp.

At least, we'll have a couple (real world) days to think things through to try to get a bad guy for the next game day. And, of course, the results of the night-time activity will tell us a lot more.

If I'm around when the new day dawns, I'm going to try to take a "clean slate" approach and re-evaluate all the possible candidates for the next lynch.

Ah, I see what you mean.

You're right. I was just thinking that night was falling and no one's survival was guaranteed.

So, I'm not assuming that I'll be around (game) tomorrow.

But, you are correct, the proven innocents are the most likely targets tonight.

Of course, no one is truly proven until we know for certain that Scoop is the Seer (wasn't a Vamp/Goth), JayDee is really the Undertaker, and Soulchilde is really the Vampire Hunter (although it is a small, highly unlikely scenario that those claims are not true).
