I agree that Doopri needs to tell us his scan.
We have to find the other wolf and have to figure that every night Doopri is a goner to the wolf. So we need to know as much as possible before each night.
By trusting Doopri we could at least know or assume him and the person he clears is not the wolf.
It would then allow us to narrow down the list to who we choose to string up.

I am close to calling bulls@#t on Droopi
Why is he so scared to give up his scan?
What good does it do us if he holds back and then gets eaten tonight by the wolf?
If he tells us then an "experienced" player gets thrown out as a villager and now the wolf has two targets to choose from? Although if why the wolf would not go for Droopi tonight seems crazy to me...

its not so much that a wolf WOULDNT go for me tonight - but i made a post about a wolf being crazy to go for me last night knowing id be protected, hoping that maybe the wolf would think twice about eating me (he did) and the hunter about protecting me (?). so i COULD possibly get the protect tonight??? and i was scared to give up the scan because thats a huge target on the person i give up. ill give the scan "victim" up before days end though - i was just waiting to see the consensus once i gave my logic for NOT giving up the person right away

Unless the hunter didn't protect you last night, you WILL be eaten tonight.
Therefore you should give us the scan and result.
Otherwise... Doopri.

Doopri is going to die tonight. No hunter in their right mind wouldn't have protected him.
He's casting ambiguity to try and live another night. We (the village) far outnumber one wolf, so lynching our own potential seer is retarded.
I really do hope the hunter protected someone else. The one thing Doopri's "scan" does is, regardless of his own status, proves the other person. If he lives through tonight though, and unless the hunter can confirm he was protected, then I'd say we lynch him tomorrow.
I'd also look closely at who voted for Doopri to find our wolf.
Doopri, reveal your scan. You help the village either way. Even if it paints a target, the one thing it does is protects them from a retarded lynch.
So cough up.

The "him" I'm referring to in the third section is Doopri. Regardless of wolf (who knows who is villager) or seer (who scanned villager) - the name he reveals proves that person innocent, and thus narrows our field slightly. Yes, it would also mean that they are likely to be killed.
Let's hope our hunter is still around.

people im worried about - raven - seems to be doing stuff so blatantly strange that wed have to say "no wolf in their right mind would EVER do that" - or is that the BEST thing to do?
also scraper for the timing of his vote on me
still somewhat theo for 1) his early jump on the inevitable (moliere) and moreso 2) his first turn on soul - though i do kinda sorta buy his "test the quiet ones" approach - im going to have to go for...

The kill tonight will determine if our "seer" survives.
I'm willing to go along with a train until then.

although maybe he isnt a bad guess (trademark doop paranoia train incoming!)... on the first day he DID seem to be begging for an excuse to toss the fourth vote on theo, and he was the one to get the voting on me from "hmm not THAT bad" to "oh fu@$ i might get hanged!"

I will jump in and bring scraper to n-1 because he never withdrew his vote on Droopi.
I would say that those left give him a chance to respond before putting in the kill vote...

My suspicions are on Bulletpig, Raven, and Doopri. BP is itchin' to kill. Raven is bloodthirsty, and any seer is like an artist. Far more appreciated after they're gone.

I'm about to head to bed and I have a busy morning at work tomorrow so I will just quickly keep things moving now so people can send in their night orders.
The village lynches scraper and he is an innocent villager.
It is night.
Hunter who will you protect? Wolf who will you kill? Seer who will you scan?

If I was a wolf why would I vote along with the other wolf on day 1? Doesn't make sense. What does make sense is that the wolf would vote for another wolf, when that wolf was in no real danger. Thus I vote Doopri.
PLus I'm not a wolf. So there.

Well, that was quick… so used to OO games where things move at a snail’s pace as people jockey for information… Was going to suggest that the Hunter should come forward if alive. This would have gave us three votes two trusted knowns (doopri and myself) and potential trusted (hunter) if un-disputed.
So much for that idea

Wouldn't that have just told the wolf who to kill tomorrow if he killed the Seer tonight? He wants the Hunter gone, too. Having an unknown Hunter means the wolf is still guessing and has greater potential for missing a night kill. I understand your point of having two knowns and a mostly known. This is a which carries more weight type of issue.

Sorry guys, this site is now blocked from work. Just put my son to bed and the wife wants to watch a movie so I'll quickly resolve the night's orders now.
The wolf kills Doopri.
It is day. Seven of you remain. Majority is four.

2. Purge 3. Cragmyre 7. ravenvii - that's friendly old me, not a wolf. Not at all. 9. theohall 10. Bulletpig 11. Soulchilde - cleared by seer, not a wolf. 12. pr0ner
So that leaves five people. There's only one wolf left, and four innocents.
Not sure about this, but I think the hunter should reveal himself - it helps to narrow the list down to 4 people and Soulchilde will probably die tomorrow so the wolf can quickly eliminate a "safe" player from the list, so we'll be in the same place tomorrow if the hunter won't reveal himself until tomorrow. Might as well do it now.

Of course you are assuming that the hunter is even still alive.
My thought is pr0ner just for the lack of particapation. He voted for doopri and never withdrew. The never weighed in on scraper at all. Granted was a quick vote once it started but for someone that says this is their first game he is being too quiet.

My apologies for the edit - force of habit. I had added the chime in bit so I can cut down on the double-posting. You know, so we would have an entire week wrapped up in less than 6 pages.
