There's a reason that military planes have paint on the props. Note the white blur. But at night, with an unpainted prop, if you're not paying attention, you're just not going to see it.

Apparently they had just landed and she kind of rushed off the plane and wanted to thank the pilot. They're saying the pilot should have explained how dangerous it was to approach the front of the plane at any point, but honestly I think that would go without saying. I'm sure we'll see a lawsuit come out of this though. |

I thought there already was one further upthread, but then I realized I was probably just reading it the wrong way and being a horrible, bad person for even thinking it might be. actually, i was more surprised that she lived at all. at my old job in aviation, one of the line staff (seaplanes get pulled into to the dock like boats do) stepped too close while on the pontoon and got cut. he did not make it.
and i was also surprised not so see any jokes made about a model with her head in the clouds and no jokes about giving her a hand to get on her feet.
