NBC just greenlit a pilot for a new Ironside.

The original was created as a way to lure Raymond Burr back to television.  He said he'd only do a show where he could sit down the whole time.

So who's the lazy actor this time around?  Well, it's exactly who you imagine when trying to think of a modern day Raymond Burr.  That's right: Blair Underwood.

So the guy pushing him around will probably be Jim Belushi?

I've got a little tip for them:

The subject in an over-the-shoulder shot is supposed to be the actor talking not the giant blurry blob of a head of the other actor.
