I'm sure we've all considered quitting our jobs so we could just wander around, seeking out people in trouble, gaining experience and new skills, and shaping the course of world events. If you had to choose, who would be the best one to have on your team? Bastilla, Handmaiden, Dawn Star, or Ellen Pompeo?

Bastilla's certainly no slouch, what with having a lightsaber, jedi powers and being a hottie. Ultimately, her speechifying would drive me up the damn wall, though. I imagine Handmaiden comes out well on the lightsaber and jedi power angle as well, but I've yet to try the game as male and have no first-hand knowledge of her personality. Gonna go out on a limb and guess Dawn Star is from Jade Empire. No XBox means no opinion. Now, Ellen Pompeo, while having no discernable useful skills, does have one slight advantage over the other three... She freaking EXISTS! Ellen Pompeo for teh win!

Bastila is snotty and preaches. So she loses out.
Dawn Star is whiny. Loser.
Never heard of Ellen Pompeo. She's as real to me as the cartoon characters mentioned elsewhere.
Handmaiden wins. She practices martial arts in her underwear. How can you NOT like that?

Dawn Star, definitely. I hope to have her and Scholar Ling in an open, sexual relationship by the end of Jade Empire.

Never heard of Ellen Pompeo. She's as real to me as the cartoon characters mentioned elsewhere. She's the lead on Grey's Anatomy. Apparently, she was also in Old School, Daredevil and Catch Me If You Can. The picture doesn't do her justice. She's far cuter in motion.

I voted for Dawn Star, myself. Unlike Jedi who rely heavily on their connection to the Force and must constantly battle the temptations of the Dark Side, or Ellen Pompeo who's accustomed to the lifestyle of a budding TV star, Dawn Star comes from a simple, unassuming life of quiet meditation and rigorous physical conditioning. She's low-maintenance, humble, intuitive, and capable of beating the hell out people using common everyday objects.

I picked Bastila. If I keep at her long enough, she'll cave and say, "Shut up and kiss me you fool!" Nice. ...oh and she's also a Jedi.

Tough tough choice, was a toss up between Bastila and Hand Maiden. But in the in the end I had to go Bastila. Yes, she's got that tude, yes she is snotty, but once you get past that it's all gold.

I was surprised before when the vote was almost even -- I was expecting it to turn out more like it is now, with Bastilla earning a majority of the vote.
It's interesting that since last night's episode of Grey's Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo has quietly picked up enough votes to come in number two. I would have thought that popping some woman's heart like a water balloon might scare people off, but maybe they just liked her tequilla-fueled table dancing afterwards.

I'm going with Handmaiden. Don't know who she is, but from what I gather she sounds like a good sidekick. Kick ass and maybe send a little Zen my way.
