Dang, but this brings back some memories. Probably around the same time, my brother and I built the exact same monster rocket and took great pains to detail it. It was awesome. Only thing was we never had the nerve to actually launch it, having suffered too many destructive "landings" before that.  icon_lol

At first you think, wait what - you want $14,000 to build and launch a model rocket? But he does explain that there is way more to it than that and it doesn't look like he's going to have a problem making his goal.
