Well, there is that, certainly... and that's a big part of why I wanted to watch it before knowing all that much about it. Finally managed to catch it and I did enjoy it being a sort of Deaderwood, Kentucky thing... with skinheads. |

Oh, I don't about anyone else but here it aired with a bunch of the "R U BOT OR NOT?" commercials for "Svedka, voted #1 vodka of 2033". So here I am thinking it's Russian and distilled in irradiated Metro tunnels or some such when actually it is Swedish. Ah well.

I really enjoyed the season. I like Olyphant in just about anything he does, but making it a modern western really helps too. I really wish Clint Eastwood would direct Olyphant in a western playing the typical Eastwood roll. That would kick all kinds of ass.

I love how Boyd has evolved, but as for Arlo: I do not like that man, he ranks up there with that FBI chick in Sons of Anarchy for characters I want to see nasty things done to. |

Hate is a strong reaction to a character. I would imagine that the actor portraying Arlo would be pleased to hear he's eliciting such a strong response! I wanted to hate Arlo too, but they stuck in some scenes showing that there's a shred of decency in the man as well as the ruthlessness and anger. The understated manner in which the actor portrays those moments won me over. |

Just watched the finale on hulu. Frikken awesome. Walter Goggins deserves an emmy for his portrayal of Boyd Crowder, and Timothy Olyphant is my top choice now to play Roland in the new Dark Tower movie. Absolutely a fantastic series and the finale was the best finale on TV this year. Oh and the woman who plays Winona... gorgeous |

Sweet, glad its coming back soon. I thought the 1st season was fantastic and after the finale Im very interested in where they are headed with the show. Oh and whatever horrific and terrible things you can possibly imagine could happen to Arlo, well, he deserves worse!

Can't wait for this to be back on. I have had season one on my DVR for about 8 months and just started waching it last week. I ended up watching the whole season in 3 nights (I was a little tired at work one day as I had to stay up until 4:30AM watching "one more" 4 times in a row). And that commercial was good.
