I'm on week 4 day 2.  I failed my first set yesterday when I couldn't hit the minimum reps on the last round.  It's definitely getting real tough now.  I figure I'll fight through the rest of week 4 and if I can't hit the minimum reps on the last set of day 3, I'll redo the whole week.

Here's how I setup my routine: (skipped weeks 1 & 2)



Although, it looks like the reps per set have changed on the site based on what people posted previously.

Anybody that enjoyed the hundred pushups might also enjoy two hundreed sit-ups http://www.twohundredsitups.com from the same group. Plus both seem to have a nice iphone app now, just wish it was free.

Got around to starting this tonight. Managed to do 13 press ups on my initial tests at the beginning of the week.

Week 1 Day 1: Had to do 10, 12, 7, 7 and then a minimum of 9. It was a lot tougher than I thought it was going to be. Struggled to do 7 on the 4 set and just managed to push up 9 on the 5th set. Will do day 2 on Sunday, can really feel it in my arms after doing 45 pressups in 5 minutes!
