Do you build up a Judgement by first casting a Seal and then "unleash" it, like the rogue finishing moves; or is it different?
The whole new concept is pretty damn cool sounding, I just don't fully understand how it actually works.
I'll give you an example of how it works.
I see a Skeleton Fiend I'll get in range target it and hit it with Exorcism. As its comming towards me I'll activate my Crusader Seal. Now I have Crusader Seal, Blessing of Might, and Aura of Devotion active. Crusader Seal only lasts for about 30 seconds I believe. So after I get the fiend down to half I'll hit judgement. Now what'll happen is if it is sucessful. It'll land and it'll now have a little icon under its health/rage bar. It'll say that whenever I hit it with any holy damage there's a chance it could add up to 50 damage to whatever Holy Damage I've done to it. So that includes Exorcism and Retribution Aura and Seal of Righteousness. So for how ever much time is left on my Crusader Seal is how long I'll have the benefit of extra holy damage.
Judgement will not be active untill you have cast a seal on yourself. Once you do though you can use it to seal your opponent. Also you can maybe get Judgement off twice in a fight depending how long it is. There is a refresh timer on it.
Hope that helps explain it a little better.
