That's right.... join Hark, Kato, Teggy, and me for an adventure on a *real* server.      Join us for World of Warcraft on a PVP server.

Benefits:

-- We roll with the Horde, not the dress up doll faction that noobs gravitate to.
-- We wear pants, not skirts
-- To coin and paraphrase a Nick Saban pep-talk, "We dominate the guy playing against us and make his ass quit
-- We are just rolling up new characters, so you have time to put your purse down and play with us on a real server

Pitfalls:

-- You have to put your purse down
-- You have to quell the urge to run like a little girl and get fetal position when someone dares to shoot at you while you grind
-- You have to give up your affinity for choosing alliance because they 'are pretty'

So come join us on Dalvengyr.    Roll up a Horde character (preferably Goblin).     Do what The Wanderers were too damned sissy to do -- play on a real server and experience the game the way it was meant to be experienced.

This has been an msduncan public service announcement

How aggressive will you guys be playing?  I am thinking of coming back to WoW after quite a few years away, but would likely be somewhat casual in my playtime.

Most of us aren't 24/7 by any stretch.    I'm on mostly at night between 8 central and midnight, and a little more on the weekends.     Hark is a professional gamer, so he might be on all the time.

I'm undead since I don't have Cataclysm yet. They may be wanting me to make a Goblin once I get it.

If you were real men you would roll up Alliance characters on a high-Horde population server.

I have an epic, two handed purse that dropped from a granny in a 40-man vanilla dungeon.  It hits like a wet noodle but I never lose my keys or lipstick.

What the hell...

I posted on the WoW thread in The Wanderers forum (not sure if you're on that board, I know Harkonis is for sure) that all my characters were on the Horde pvp server Aegwynn.  But I didn't get much response back that anyone wanted to play pvp... and now I find out you three started on a new horde pvp server?

Yall should have responded and just created the characters on Aegwynn, it's a low-med population and no server lag anyway.  But there's no way I'm paying $25 each to transfer all 8 of my high level characters now, I have too much playtime invested in them to start new.

Ok, I hear you.

The problem with me though is that I already have high levels of every single class in the game, all above 60s to 80.  So I find it hard to get motivation to roll a new character of a class I'm already totally familiar with and played so much.  A new race doesn't really do much for me... if Cataclysm introduced a new class, then I'd be totally down with making a new character.

I'm not up for another $40 during Christmas.  Heck, I'll be out of town for the last part of my free 10 days and likely won't get back into the game until after Christmas.  I'll just have to be your affirmative action join to start with.

I've been happily roaming the countryside killing ghosts and animals and stuff and am now level 13. PvP is this ominous thing right now and I have no idea what to expect (this is my first MMO). All I have for reference is that South Park episode ("how do you kill that which has no life?")  icon_lol Hark and Duncan got me into this, they better have my back!
