Well...what they said above isn't all the truth, IMHO:
1) Trademark - yeah, I can totally see this being problem - like it was when it was first announced.
2) Metacritic score.
When your game has a Metacritic score of
20 out of 100 and a 1.5 out of 10 User Score (with 3200 people giving a score), some might think that a name change is in order...just to try to get some more sales.
But as the saying goes, make of it what you will.
