Anyone tried it yet? It's a one-time fee (of around $20) and then you can play for life. It's almost like a historical/realistic veresion of Gods & Heroes.
Almost all the property is player-owned which can be bought and sold by other players. You can also hire NPC guards to protect it.

Only thing stopping me from trying it is it's steep system requirements. (2Ghz, 1gb ram, and at least 128mb video card)

I was in the beta for this for a while, and hated it - the graphics were poor, the UI was poor, the gameplay was non-existant, and when they introduced real money into the game world as a currency and way to get better stuff, I quit in disgust.

I realize that it WAS a beta, but judging from your screens, it hasnt improved one bit.

A new one

looks too barren-  my inner graphics whore won't let me play.

Because I can,
also because I don't care what you want.
