I haven't purchased the first one yet, but perhaps you can answer my question.

I've been playing PGR2 awhile and feel I have completed as many of the races as I can (I think I've done all of them on Bronze, with  quite a few silvers, some golds, and a few platinums).  However, I would still like to buy some of the cars I don't have.

Do you get points in the online races to use towards buying new cars?

Yes - in fact, as the game progresses you will probably find earning tokens easier through online racing than though offline racing, though you don't earn as many at once.

One of the pics on the TeamXbox site looks to be the Dodge Ram SRT-10.  That should be fun to drive!

500 horsepower and an 8.3L V10 Viper power engine.  In a pickup truck!

I downloaded it this afternoon and checked it out for a little while. The tracks are really short and not as cool as Paris, but still pretty fun and definitely look like Southern CA. The cars were cool but nothing that blew me away.

Anyone else get it yet? Anyone want to try it all out on Live tonight?

Hey Simon,

I picked it up too but have a homework project to do tonight - maybe we can do it this upcoming week or weekend?

Ok stupid question of the day here. Once I purchase it how do I access it? I played the Paris pack just fine, but then last night I got LB and couldn't find it anywhere. Please help me, I have lost my mind.

To play this new stuff, you need to go to SINGLE PLAYER, and then TIME ATTACK.  You can do either a car or track time attack.  You can use them online too.

I like this new pack, but not as much as the first one (I'm still glad I got it though).  The new Ferrari feels really big (it's the second biggest Ferrari ever made), so that suits that car.  I think the coolest car that they put it the pack is the new really fast one (I can't remember the name for the life of me as I've only driven it once in my life smile).  It's so awesome because it's the only car that can compete with the TVR 12.  I think that pretty soon all of the top kudos scores around the world will be with this car.  Anyway, this car has quite a bit less power than the TVR 12, but it has much better maneovorability and braking than the TVR 12.  It's almost an open wheel car and it's a lot of fun.

I'm open to playing with you guys some night this week or this weekend.
