Otherland - The MMO!

Goddamit - this is real - Apparently, someone is making an Otherland MMO.

Otherland, as in the series of books by Tad Williams, which I find pretty cool.

The nice thing about this is, that there are endless possibilites for scenery, since Otherland is basically the internet, without the niceness of course

Color me interested!

Okay, after rewatching the video, I have very little idea about what this is - It seems you can create worlds as well, like in Otherland, you can fight, create, steal, explore and do..well..stuff.

I wonder if this is the next generation of the idea of a real virtual world?

Looks ambitious, but unfortunately seems more like Second Life or Entropia Universe than a traditional MMOG.
