COOL!

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/underdevelopment.html

I like the helm/cloak display option.  My helm looks stupid, but I need to wear it for the abilities.  I'd like to turn that off and still get the benefits.

EDIT: I'm also glad that they're keeping the hero class idea.  I'd like to see how that works.

Hero Classes!!!!!!  And the PvP additions sound intriguing also.  Good stuff coming down the pipe!

I like that helm/cloak thing too, but I wish they'd throw in shoulders. Those beefy pads look so dopey on my rogue.

I was excited to see the info on this new page, but also very disappointed that Battlegrounds were not closer to completion. I really expected them to have battlegrounds in time for release.

We plan on implementing these features over the next year.

    * Player vs. Player Battlegrounds -- Siege Weapons
    * Hero classes
    * High Level Raid Dungeons/Content

Just to clarify, PvP battlegrounds are in the section above, which is "to be released in upcoming patches". Your quote specifically is about siege weapons being implemented in battlegrounds.

But yes, I was also expecting battlegrounds sooner rather than later.

If the warrior sneakpeeks are the bulk fo the changes or the most significant of the changes, they are an absolute joke. That is all I can say.

Cool to see Blizzard already working on new content (even new lands).  Blizzard supports there games for years so hopefully they'll still be paying attention to WoW for a good long while.

Yes, I think they're planning on adding it at some point. That's why in the cities there are what look like instance portals, but they don't lead anywhere.

I saw one of those in Ogrimmar and wondered what it was.  There was a gate on it.
