I've been rather busy since the last time SensuousLettuce and PhillyPeteRock met on the battlefield, so I'm definitely itching for some multiplayer mayhem.  Friday night is my company's Christmas party, so I may be online later that night, but Saturday night should be open.  We've got a birthday party for the puppy scheduled from 1 to 3pm, and Simba will most likely be absolutely exhausted after the day's festivities, so that should leave my evening open for some carnage while my puppy sleeps at my feet. 

I'll also keep an eye out for everyone while I'm online during the week since I haven't gotten into any online action since two weekends ago.  With visiting friends, guests at the house, traveling to Eagles games, etc, I could use a free night to play some Gears of War.

hey, you haven't been the only one I've been ignoring with my G3 addiction.  I've only played with the Vegas guys once in the last week (down from every day when the game came out  :icon_confused:)

It seems I have a Christmas party on Saturday night as well.  Friday night is the company party from 6pm until around 11pm (cocktail hour followed by seven-course meal served personally by the chef, which should take some time), so if I'm going to play at all Friday night, it won't be until 11:30pm or midnight Arizona time (2am Eastern).  If I'm home earlier I'll definitely keep an eye out for people still playing online.  On Saturday our boss/friend is having a party at his house, and I have no idea how late that may run, but I probably won't be available until later Saturday night as well.  But, as with Friday, I'll check in when I get home to see if anyone is left playing.  Odds are I may show up too late, when everyone is already finished for the night, but I'll give it a try nonetheless.

I believe the wife is working tomorrow night so I'll be in for some GOW action on Friday, if she closes on Saturday I'll get on then too. I just played a couple matches today and I need more practice.

meh, unless you use the shotgun or the sniper rifle it's a pain to get a kill in this game.  It's annoying enough that it's taking a trip to EBGames tomorrow.  It was fun guys

I hate my own inconsistency. One match I rule the roost and the other I am scrapping for one kill. That next to last match, where we went 12 rounds was phenominal. What this game was made for. Very fun tonight, may sneak on tomorrow, I think I upset the wife a little tonight.

One of the reasons I've cooled a bit on Gears is the 8 player limitation.  It fits the map size perfectly, but it always seems like we hit 8 really fast and there are still 2-3 people who want to join.  I wanted to get some time in last night, but by the time a slot opened I was fully engaged in playing R6.

Oh well.  There will be other times.

I saw the invite but quite frankly I was just too tired to join.  I am really more of a morning person getting up every morning at 5am work or weekend and going to bed, usually at around 9:30.  Occasionally I stay up on a weekend to play, but very very rare.  I might jump on tonight if I see someone playing and try to stay up.
