COOL. The league is full.
NOT COOL. I can't generate a schedule and it seems some managers don't have teams assigned to them. Its just weird.
I sent a request to support for help with the problem.
In the meantime, I am not going to wait until this problem is resolved so I went ahead and created a new league.
The new league is called "GT League2" and the password is still "gt".
I just sent invitations to everyone again. Please join the league ASAP so we can try again. Sorry about the mess...
UPDATE: Okay, this time when I started the league it asked me what team I will be playing in the league. It didn't ask me this last time. I bet it was a glitch in the system but now its working correctly. COOL. Please join GT League2!!

Ok, to avoid confusion, I just deleted the first league, "GT League1". I think it was pretty screwed up anyway.
Please try to join the new league, "GT League2".

The leagues are a little buggy before the schedule gets generated.
For things to work well it is best to create your team as you want it (including playbooks) before joining the league. Also it works much better if you join from within the game instead of through the website. You can press the rt shoulder button to search leagues from within the game.
Also it works much better if you generate the schedue from within the game instead of through the site.
Once the schedue gets generated things seem to work fine.

We just thre more users to sign up and we can try to start this league again. If you join and CaptCaveMan joins, that leaves only ONE more needed. Don't sell just yet. I really think it will be worth the wait.
If you haven't joined and want to here is the info:

You don't need an invite, just search on the league name.

I'm confused which league it is. Is it still GT League 2?
If you join make sure you do it through your 360, not the website. Joining through the site causes all kinds of problems.
