Things seem awfully quiet from a mmorpg perspective. No major news seems to be coming out of E3. I guess this is a down year, since WOW and EQ2 were such big news in 04.

The big titles I can think of are:

Vanguard
Tabula Rasa
Imperiator
Middle Earth Online
D+D Online

And the only new title that I think has a chance to be a breakaway hit - Star Trek Online.

I just don't see how the market can support that many new mmorpgs, but that's another topic for another day.

You forgot about City of Villians and Auto Assault

I think they're being shown, it's just that everyone is covering everything else.

I deliberately left out expansions, but I've never heard of Auto Assault. I'll check it out - thanks.

Tabula just had a big announcement about a big shift in its design.

Less Galactic Hippies, and more Galactic Rebellion with humans filling the gap.

It still looks interesting.

This is a preview of Dark and Light.  MMORPG players should really check it out.

I see it's using the Bigworld Technology.

I was really looking forward to Bigworld's flagship title, Citizen Zero before MS bought it out and the game turned into an instance heavy game like CoH (not that it's a bad thing, but the original design lived up to the bigworld name).

It's good to see someone's still going to make a massive online game with the engine.

Mythic acquired the Warhammer license.  They are releasing a MMO in 2007
