Not at all. 49ers I presume? They play the Cardinals in Week 1 I believe, which is pingwrx's team. Last time I checked he hadn't played his game yet, so you still might be able to get in for Week 1. If he already played his game, then you should be able to get in and start controlling them for Week 2.

I would love to give you guys highlights a summary from my Falcons vs. Dolphins game, but there were no highlights at all, and the summary can be made in one quick sentence....ready......

If you turn the ball over twice inside your opponents 20 yard line.....you will lose, and that is just what I did.

and yes, it was just as boring and bland as the final score. It's a lot more fun to play as the Colts under my other gamertag.

I don't know who is left, but hopefully they finish today......I'm ready for Week 2.

The online site definitely gets a bit glitchy. I've never seen the score line up right on the scoring summary (it will say the score was 7-7 after a first quarter field goal, for example) and I've also seen the individual stats have the teams reversed (Dallas players under Tampa icon). It has potential, though

Some teams that are computer controlled have already had their Week 1 games played, so if anyone wants to control that team, they will have to start with Week 2 (but please register now). Other teams are computer controlled, but have not played their first game yet, so can be controlled starting Week 1. Here are the list of teams for anyone who is interested in joining the league:

I decided to pick the packers.  I need a change of scenery.  Unfortunately the scenery stayed the same, and lost 41-38 or something like that.  So I'm caught up  

I hate the AI.  It cheats, plain and simple.

When you log into the franchise in game, the first panel on the right is the "Owners" panel. It will list all of the users who are in the franchise, and show their status. Click on yours, and it will bring up the option to change your status to "Not Ready", "Ready", and "Away".

So, I took the Chargers, being the best team that hadn't already played a game.  I beat the Raiders, 7-6, despite throwing 4(!) picks.  I had been playing offline with "my skill" which apparently was a lot easier than All-Pro.  Looks like I have some practicing to do.  Also, it looks like the franchise plays a tick or two faster than the default offline mode.  I haven't poked around the interface too much yet, so I will take a look at that, and the website.  Looks like I gots some practicing to do.

Fuzzyslug, you and me are up.  I'm not working this week, so it will be easy for me to schedule a game.  Next week I am probably working again, and will have a hard time playing at all during weekdays.

Yeah, I did the deal with them, and couldn't wait any longer, so I ran out to Target and picked it up. I'll have to sell the game once I actually get it through the mail.

I saw something on operation sports that they were mailing them out this week. If this is actually true or not I have no clue.

Online franchise games against a human are set to slow.  Online franchise games against the AI are still set to normal until the next patch.

fuzzyslug finished his game yesterday and beat the Chiefs 21-14, so we're ready to advance to week 2. I checked the website thinking I could advance the week from there, but it doesn't look like I can.

I'll be getting home around 5:30 EST, and I'll make sure to advance the week then, and send out a message to everyone to get Week 2 started.
