Are there any good hubs out there? I've had problems with the last two cheap ones I tried. Powered would be preferred. This one acts like there are interrupt conflicts, but they aren't showing up in the device manager. If I move the troubled device to the port on the front of my computer, everything works just fine. That lead me to believe the problem is in the hub. Thanks for the help.

I have
this one
and like it. It's available from other sellers as well. I don't worry about having enough ports any more.

I'd look for a USB 3.0 hub, personally. Having 4 USB3 drives now, I find 2.0 excruciatingly slow.

If you can make do with 2.0 hubs, I've been OK with a $40, 7-port powered Dynex hub from Best Buy (the online reviews are mostly negative, though I've had no complaints).
My old one (different brand) for some reason would no longer allow my iPod Touch to synch via its slots for some reason. The Dynex has handled everything fine. I do recommend using some double faced tape to keep it in place on a desk.
