Okay, Microsoft explorer stops working and then restarts several times in a row.
I now see that when i shut down I get a message that a certain explorer instruction can't be read at memory address such&such.
I have run memoy checks and my memory appears good.
Any help?

really _really_ smells like a memory error.

any other symptoms?

details of your memory checks. what software and for how long?

how often does the error show up?
