I'm way late on finding this out but apparently Crucial SSD's need to have their firmware updated to prevent system crashes

Man I am late to the party with this, my firmware was an older version so I upgraded to the newest one just now, went well enough.  I have version 000f installed atm.

hmmm... I could upgrade the firmware.......


or I could use it as an excuse to upgrade to a bigger SSD biggrin
