This just started kind of randomly. I haven't messed with any options, nor have I installed any windows updates. Each time I move the mouse to come back from the screensaver it brings up the windows logon prompt and makes me put in my password the same as it would if I had done the winkey+l thing and locked it myself.

Anybody know where I can turn this off?

I looked around myself but I haven't been able to find whatever option there is that's causing it.

Nevermind, I'm retarded. There's a box that says "On return show welcome screen". I don't remember clicking it, but I suppose at some point I did.
