So I am considering upgrading the memory and vid card.  Currently using a GeForce 550Ti, but I am considering going up to this 760  I have a 800 watt power supply, so I'm not concerned about power.  What concern me is my two year old MB the Asus M4A78LT-M LE

I know a PCIe 3.0 will work in the slot I guess I am concerned about Bios wonkiness.  I haven't flashed my BIOS in a year just as an fyi.   Should I be safe to upgrade the card.  Really am not trying to charge a new rig at the moment

I have a very similar ASUS board, and I dropped in a 770 with no problems.
