One last thing, Jeff, the usability and simple interface cannot be praised enough on that site. On a site built for people looking for help it is always best not to hit them with a crazy interface with tons of nesting, subdirectories, and the like. Very straightforward. Best of all, it loads fast! I'm sure an added benefit for you is that it is much easier to edit/keep track of when it has a standard, no-nonsense layout.
If I can think of anything that might be overlooked I will definately send you a message. As it is, I think it covers a great deal of what's needed.
Oh don't worry, I'm big on simplicity. Most web sites would be text only, if it were up to me

There'll be no java, no CGI, no asp, no nesting, no banner ads, no popups, no cascading menus. Shame so many web designers go into overkill mode on their sites. For some, some measure of programming is warranted, but most websites could be improved by removing all the excess junk.
