Microsoft Metro - which platforms do you like?

We're a week away from Windows 8 launch, and with the Brave New World of Metro looming above the largest segment of the desktop PC market, I'm wondering how well you like the Metro interface in its different implementations?

Feel free to drop comments to share your experiences, and how you'd suggest MSFT improves upon their implementation(s).

I, for one, love the WinPhone7 interface. There are some things I'd change, but I think it's the best interface for my hand-held device, bar none.

As for the 360, the lack of customization and the number of adverts makes it a big stinker. The reason Metro works so well on the phone is that I can set up what I want, where I want. Why couldn't they do that with the 360? I'd love to have a scrolling screen that shows all my "tiles" showing the XBL games, weather, gadgets, and whathaveyou for me to use as I see fit.

Also, not being able to turn off the big ads in the middle is a pain in the ass, and since there is so much crap on-screen, I don't even bother with the Kinect for that interface unless I'm going into a Kinect game - of which there are few compelling reasons to do so.

Other than getting used to the changes to the start menu, I like what I've seen of W8 so far, especially with a touch screen.  sliding to bring up menus is nice and quick and having that option to alt tab with metro apps is useful.
