My system has a Coolmaster Aquagate S1 cooling system and on the whole I’ve been very happy with it but recently my computer has been making the most horrible high-pitched and whirling noises.  At first I thought it might be my hard drive but on investigation I discovered that it is related to the cooling unit.  Lifting the tubes up I can see that there is a lot of air in them and I’m thinking I need to refill it.  The problem is I don't have the slightest clue where to look to buy the coolant itself.  Is this an item I can find somewhere like Best buy or Circuit City?   And for anyone who has had to replace the coolant, what sort of endeavor am I in for?

Usually neither Circuit City or Best Buy are going to carry coolant.  I would recommend Newegg or Zipzoomfly.  Maybe even a Frys if you have one around (not too sure about that one myself.)
