My GF's dad has a new dell computer that he managed to get a virus on.  Since it is new, I just booted in safemode to the recovery partition, but I am now stuck in a safemode loop because it says windows can't complete the installation in safemode, but everytime the computer restarts it defaults to safemode.... any thoughts?

When I did some searches, here was one in particular with similar issues and things they tried (or were told to do).

I know most new PCs don't come with an actual Windows Vista, 7, etc. disc per se, which would be required (as opposed to "system restore" discs) for some of the suggested fixes there.

Windows 7 and classpnp.sys safe mode loop.
