IPS 21" Dell Touchscreen monitor.

Yummy.

Then I'd run an HDMI cable from my computer room (using the monoprice CAT5e extenders) to the kitchen.

I ... I must fight this urge.

Checked the tires on your vehicle lately? Water heater given any trouble?
