Getting 404 error for QT3, but it appears to be working

So if I try and get to quartertothree.com, either directly or indirectly, I get a 404 error. But the various web programs tell me its up.  It was working fine earlier; this just seemed to have happened out of nowhere. No other website seems to giving me any issues.  Any ideas?

If that link works then your DNS server is having issues with it. If it doesn't, then there's a genuine problem somewhere between you and the Qt3 server.

If your DNS server is having issues you can change it to something else.

Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > Your Internet Connection > Properties > TCP/IP > Properties > Use The Following DNS Server

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are Google's DNS servers, for instance. 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 are the OpenDNS servers.

I rebooted my router and modem and now its working.  Weird.
