Free WebEx like program?

Hey all, I'm looking for a free WebEx like program that I can use to be family tech support when I can't be in front of x computer and I need to do some troubleshooting.  Does anyone know of a program out there that will allow me to have remote connections and be able to drive from my PC?  Must be something that can be initiated on the other end by a non-tech user.  Thank you!

I'm not sure, this is the first I've heard of it.  Do you know what the program is called?  EDIT:  Is it just remote desktop connection?  I thought you had to be on a VPN to be able to use this?

EDIT 2: looks like you can only accept a RDC from a computer that is above W7 Home Premium so that's not gonna work.  Everyone I know is only on Home Premium.

The free account allows 1 remote connection. It's free, so having several different accounts is worth it. If other people want assistance though, you could get them to spring for the yearly license to let you help. Or you could futz with Remote Assistance, which has been available on every version of Windows including XP (IIRC).

I have logmein at home, my netbook, work, home computer etc.  Works great.

I use teamviewer and it works great.

My parents call and i just jump on and get it fixed.

Even works from my phone.
