Sound on videos gets out of synch

When I watch videos online they almost always get out of synch. It resets if I pause and it's no in full screen, but otherwise it generally gets out. Any ideas?

What are your system specs? Have you tried getting the latest drivers for your soundcard? The last (seemingly strange) question is what browser are you using?

IE, Q9550 Quad Core, 4GB Ram, 9800GT graphics card...

I'll look into the sound card drivers...

In IE. Good point though, I just tried Chrome and it seemed ok. Will try some longer videos tomorrow to see...

It's probably your version of Flash (unless it's on Silverlight...). You can try the 11.2 RC at labs.adobe.com. It has a lot of reworking of the video pipeline...
