I'm looking into a new monitor, as my current one is blurring like crazy at the edges (okay for games, killer headaches for writing and surfing).  I'm hoping someone here can advise or point me to a site that will advise on the best CRT monitor (not yet ready to leap to LCD).

I currently have a Samsung Syncmaster 900 IFT.  I like Samsung in general, but the blurry thing is driving me nuts, and I've only had the thing for < 5 years.

Alternately, does anyone have a recommendation on how to fix this blurry edge problem?  No amount of tweaking in the pop-out menu is helping.

Check the AV forum at Ars Technica. Burriness from age on a CRT can't be fixed. If it's just convergence, you can try playing around if your monitor controls allow you to.
