Anyone have a good hands on opinion of this....

If I get some good feedback on it I'll be getting it. I'm currently using a GTX 460.

797Mhz (vs. 772Mhz reference)

Shader Clock
1594 MHz (vs. 1544 MHz reference)

EVGA make excellent cards, but that boost (over a reference 580) will do practically nothing in applications or games. Don't pay extra over reference for it. By contrast see my factory overclocked Gigabyte SOC card:

855Mhz (vs. 772Mhz reference)

Shader Clock
1710 MHz (vs. 1544 MHz reference)

Even with those specs, gains are minimal. I boosted it even further. The good point about factory overclocked cards is that they are usually boards that held up better under the factory stress tests, so you should be able to push the card further when you do personal overclocks. Bottom line is if you are are not planning on pushing that overclock alot further up the scale, you would be better off saving your money and just get the vanilla card. If the price is equal, there is no reason NOT to get the overclocked card. They are very stable.

Yeah, they were pretty even in price. Did some more researching after I posted here. Tom's had a good right up on it, and a few other named Hardware sites.
So I felt good about ordering it today. Should hold up nicely for a while. And like you said its already proven itself as a stable overclocker..so pushing it more when I have to should be ok too.
