Flames of War WWII miniatures game, anyone play it?

Just posting to see if anyone else here plays the Flames of War miniatures game.
It's a WWII historical game, but is closer in gameplay to Company of Heroes than a historical simulation of WWII combat. It does say mostly true to historical units and tactics, but compresses the table scale down to 15mm with rules that are more fun gaming than sim. It uses a traditional gaming style army points system rather than relying only on historical scenarios, with you choosing from a company and its list of available units.
I've gotten heavily into the game as it fills my need for a mass battle game that isn't 40k, and reminds me of the fun times playing the Company of Heroes RTS.
There's a new edition coming out soon and it's looking good.

That looks pretty cool. I'd probably get into it just for making dioramas even if I didn't get to play the game with others. I notice that the Flames of War miniatures are kind of pricey and some people are saying the minis from Plastic Soldier Company are almost as good and cheaper.

A Pew Research Center poll found nearly half of Americans hold the false belief that TARP was passed under President Obama, while only 34 percent know it originated under Bush.
"Oh yeah?" Bush replied. "50% of the people were wrong."

I've heard of it, and I've even bought a few of the 15mm mini's for my PnP Weird Wars II campaign. It's pretty much the most played table top war game in my city. I've browsed through the rules a few times and they looked sound.

I have an early and mid war DAK (Afrika Korps) army that I am still in the process of painting. I have been playing since first edition, with various armies and at various times. The current rules edition is pretty solid too. If you're looking at it as a starting game or as an experienced player then I would recommend it!
